Rotherham Construction has recently started a 136-unit Affordable Senior Housing project in the Billings Heights for GMD Development. The job will consist of one large 3-story main building which will have 96-units and 7,300 sf of common space.  There will also be eight (8) 5-plex cottages and 4 garage structures with 12 stalls total.

The construction will be slab on grade and pre-fabricated wood walls. The site has several patio gathering areas, pavilion, and a fenced in garden and dog run area.  We are currently working on the site utilities and soil preparation that involves drilling and compacting over 1,000 rammed aggregate piers.

Concrete will start in October and framing starting in November. Site asphalt and concrete with start in the spring of 2019 with Cottages starting to become available to Occupy in the summer of 2019. The last of the Cottages will be complete by the end of the year and the Main Building completed early in 2020.
